Payments

The payments on Aana can be made using one of the following options:

Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI / COD / PayPal. Please note that COD will be chargeable at Rs 80/- extra (Cash handling charges) and Paypal will be 10% extra over and above the total order amount. Kindly mention your contact number as comment in the account transfers for us to trace the payment and confirm your order.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aana Silver. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

For Domestic Orders – Within India

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will put an update over here (below) if the shipping time is delayed compared to regular shipping.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

We offer free shipping Pan India. In most cases delivery to over 95% pincodes occur within 3-7 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.

Cash on Delivery will be available for most of the pincodes at an additional charge of ₹ 80/- per shipment to a max order amount of ₹ 9,999. For orders above this amount, pre-payment is mandatory. However, there will be no COD for customised orders.

For International Orders

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your geographic location.

The dispatch time is 3-5 days.

Delivery time ranges between 7-10 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamaties & other unavoidable circumstances.

All custom duties shall be borne by the customer

Made to Order Products

In the case of Made to order products dispatch time will be 30 days.

The rest of the dispatch details are the same as above for Domestic & International Orders.

In the case of made to order products we would require advance payments and COD(Cash on Delivery) will not apply in the case of domestic orders.

Logistics Partner

We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz Delhivery, DTDC, Fedex, Bluedart, Aramex. The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).

For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country (generally between ₹ 900 to ₹ 3000). The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact support at +91 7976184886 before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, Aana will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please refer to the Exchange and return policy for the same.

In case of both Domestic and International orders you shall receive a confirmation email of your order and another email from us after your order is dispatched containing tracking information.
